package is based simply, on Receipts and Payments, which is the foundation of any
monetary transaction. Once the data is input the program summarises the transactions
and the information can be retrieved by means of the reports, which are included
in the program.
The reports give a summary of all the Receipts or Payments of individual categories
or a summary of all the categories. The business version also produces a VAT Report
if used by a trader who is VAT Registered.
