Ian Anthonisz has been an Accountant in Public Practice for a considerable time and had observed that most people, including his clients, did not use any kind of a programme to record or monitor their finances; mainly because they were too complicated for the everyday user or that they simply did not understand the technical jargon. This led him to design this simple bookkeeping and accounting programme.

His concept of what the easy to use accounting software should be was that the language wording and the screens should be extremely simple, so that every user would be able to understand it in a matter of minutes, rather than having to go through endless pages of a manual or know the meaning of any technical jargon.
